What this site records about you, and what it does not
A plain account of the data comart.site collects while you read our Duel review. Short version: page views, referral links, nothing personal.
Where your data stops
We are a review site, not Duel. Duel is operated separately by Immortal Snail LLC, registered in Charlestown, Nevis under L22982, holding the Anjouan licence ALSI-202411026-FI1. Any account you open, any bet you place and any crypto you deposit sits entirely with them under their own policy. No registration form, login or payment field on this site sends anything to Duel, and no account or payment data ever reaches our server. We never see your wallet address, your deposits or your play history.
The three things we do log
- Server logs. Every request leaves an entry with your IP address, browser string and the page requested. We keep these for 30 days, then they are discarded. They exist to spot broken links and abuse, and to count visits in rough terms.
- Yandex Metrika. A counter on our pages records anonymous visit totals: which review people read, how long they stay, what device they use. It is used for aggregate numbers only. No advertising profile is built from it.
- Click counter. Our "Play at Duel" buttons record that a click happened, so we can tell which guides are useful. The counter notes the referring page. It does not carry your identity across to Duel.
Cookies, and how to clear the lot
We set a small number of cookies. None of them identify you, and none are shared with advertisers. You can block or delete them at any time in your browser; the site still works, because we do not gate content behind a login.
| Data type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Server log lines (IP, browser, page) | Traffic counts, error checks, abuse detection | 30 days |
| Yandex Metrika visit stats | Anonymous page and device totals | Held by Metrika under its own terms |
| Click counter entries | Which "Play at Duel" links get used | Aggregate, kept until we reset it |
| Preferences cookie | Remembers basic display choices | Until you clear it |
Asking us to delete something
If you want a specific log line, cookie entry or click record removed, write to [email protected] and name roughly when you visited and which page you were on. We will check, delete what we still hold, and confirm by email. If the data has already passed its 30-day window, there is nothing left on our side to remove.
Two things worth separating
Privacy is not the same as eligibility. Duel's terms ban players from the United States by name and registration from the US is not possible; roughly 30 countries are excluded, including the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Australia. Check our restricted countries page before you go further. And whatever you do elsewhere, keep to the basics on our responsible gambling page, with 18-plus access only as set out here.
