This is an independent review site, run by me, Marcus Webb. If you have found something wrong, out of date, or simply unclear, the fastest route is a plain e-mail: [email protected]. I read everything that arrives there, and I answer in the order it comes in.
Send us a correction
Guides go stale. Duel launched on 18 July 2025 and things have already moved. A short, specific e-mail is worth more than a long one. What helps most:
- Wrong facts. A number, a licence code, a provider count, a payout figure. Quote the line and say what it should be.
- Outdated country status. Our restricted countries page lists roughly 30 markets the terms ban by name, the United States among them. If Duel has changed a status, tell us and we will check it against the operator's own pages before we edit.
- Broken links or dead sections. Say which page, and where it failed.
- Questions about this site. How we score things, why a detail is missing, what a term means in practice.
What we cannot help with
We are not Duel. We have no account there, no access to your balance, your bets, your documents or your verification queue, and no way to move money in either direction. Anything about a deposit, a withdrawal, a suspended account, an ID check at the €5,000 lifetime-deposit threshold, or a rakeback credit that has not landed belongs with the operator, not with us.
Use Duel's own channels, listed below. If you have already raised a complaint with them and it has gone nowhere, e-mail us the trail — we may write about patterns, but we still cannot fix your account.

How fast we answer
Two working days is the promise: Monday to Friday, and I do not work weekends. Corrections that affect a published fact are checked against Duel's own pages before anything changes — if the terms still say one thing and your e-mail says another, the terms win until I can see the update myself.
Account disputes, payment problems and anything needing identity documents are outside our scope and will get a short reply pointing you back to the channels above. We do not take payment for favourable wording, and we do not remove accurate criticism.
