How this Duel guide makes money, and what it does not change

Short version: comart.site is an independent review and guide about Duel. Some buttons on this site are paid links. The scores, the criticisms and the verdicts are written before any commission is counted.

What the "Play at Duel" links are

The "Play at Duel" buttons on our review, guide and FAQ pages are affiliate links. If you register at Duel.com through one of them and deposit, we earn a commission. If you do not use them, you pay nothing and lose nothing. You can reach Duel.com by typing the address yourself; the information on this site is identical either way.

What we refuse to hide

We publish the negatives because a one-sided page is worthless to a reader deciding where to put money. As of this writing, these are on the record in our main Duel review:

• Duel has no welcome bonus. It pays 50% of the house edge back as rakeback, instantly, with no wagering and no cap. That suits regular players. It gives a new player nothing on day one to pad the balance.
• There is no downloadable app. The mobile site is the only option on a phone.
• Duel's own Trustpilot score is 2.1 out of 5. We report it as we find it.
• The United States is closed. The terms ban US players by name, and registration from the US is not possible. Roughly 30 countries are banned in total. The full list is here.
• Support is 24/7 live chat inside duel.com, plus a complaints address at [email protected] and community channels on Discord and Telegram. We tested it; the results are dated in the review.

How the testing behind this site works

1. We register, deposit and play with our own funds. Nothing is taken from screenshots supplied by a casino.
2. We run the checks from several countries at once, using residential connections, so restricted-region blocks are tested rather than assumed.
3. We state the date of each live check on the page it belongs to. If a fact here is older than six months, treat it as due for re-testing and tell us.
4. Facts come from first-hand checks or from Duel's published terms, licence (Anjouan ALSI-202411026-FI1) and company record (Immortal Snail LLC, L22982, Charlestown, Nevis). We invent nothing.
